Ingredients

  • 500g beef or goat meat
  • 1 cup palm oil
  • 2 tablespoons kanwa (limestone)
  • 100g crayfish
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ground country onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Maggi cubes
  • Water

Instructions

1

Season and cook meat until very tender.

2

Blend onions, garlic, and crayfish into a paste.

3

Mix kanwa with a little water and strain.

4

Heat palm oil in a pot until very hot.

5

Add the kanwa water slowly to the hot oil (it will turn yellow).

6

7

Add the cooked meat and its stock.

8

Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
